| Jeff Ivey's love for music developed at a very young age, sitting at his dad's feet watching him play guitar. He began to play at the age of eight, but gave it up when his fingers started to hurt.
Three years later at the age of eleven, he began to learn again and found that he felt more at ease
finger picking rather than with a pick. This led him to the peaceful melodic music he plays today.
Jeff was saved at the age of twenty-six and began to sing gospel music exclusively. He was one of the original members of a local group called God's Grace which God used to minister to his people in a way that only He could.
The members of God's Grace decided to pursue other areas of ministry and it was at that time that God began to open doors for Jeff as a soloist. He was blessed to sing in the southeast at revival meetings, camp meetings and tent meetings as well as Sunday worship services.
His new CD "There's A Child", is a compilation of songs that God has given him over the years including a song written by his wife Terri called "Something Better for Me". Please take the time and listen to some or all of these songs but most of all please pray for Jeff as he pursues the will of God in this music ministry.
God bless, and thank you for visiting.
